Addi Goodson, USC’s director of on-campus recruiting, begins her second season as a Trojan.

In her most recent role as assistant director of on-campus recruiting at Mississippi, Goodson was responsible for coordinating official and unofficial visits, planning home game recruiting events and overseeing compliance paperwork for all recruit visits.

Prior to that, Goodson worked as an on-campus recruiting coordinator at Wake Forest in the spring of 2022. She assisted with visits, maintained recruiting boards and worked closely with the athletic compliance office to ensure the program’s compliance with NCAA regulations.

In 2021, Goodson served as the director of on-campus recruiting and football marketing at the Hawai'i. During her time in Honolulu, she led recruiting efforts and developed promotional activities to increase exposure for the football program.

As an undergraduate student at Oklahoma, Goodson worked for Sooner Sports Properties, a property of Learfield IMG College. She built relationships with corporate partners, coordinated game-day VIP tours and prepared proof-of-performance reports.

Goodson graduated from Oklahoma in 2021, where she earned dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Marketing and Sports Business.
