He came to USC from San Jose State, where he was an assistant athletic performance coach in 2018.
He spent the first part of 2018 as an assistant coach at PLAE, which designs advanced sports flooring.
He was an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Southern Utah in 2017 after serving as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach at Eastern Washington for 2 years (2015-17).
He was a tight end at Idaho (2011-14), where he earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise science and health in 2015. He received a master’s degree in exercise science from Eastern Washington in 2017.
He holds USAW Level 1 sports performance coach and NSCA certified strength and conditioning specialist certifications.
He prepped at Cedarcrest High in Duvall (Wash.).
He was born on Nov. 17, 1992.
