2025: Sermons looks to compete for playing time at wide receiver as a true freshman in 2025.
HIGH SCHOOL: Sermons, a three-star recruit, recorded 37 receptions for 765 yards (21.7 avg.) and 7 TD through 11 games as a senior in 2024. He tallied 1,200 all-purpose yards.
As a junior, he was named a 2023 All-Baseline League Honorable Mention. He recorded 30 receptions for 418 yards (13.9 avg.) with a long of 52 and 2 TDs. He also tallied 8 carries for 30 yards (3.8 avg.).
Semons was also a talented sprinter who posted times of 10.46 in the 100m and 21.52 in the 200m as a sophomore. He also competed in the 4x100 and 4x200 relays, where both of Semons’ relay teams won first place in the 2024 Arcadia Invitational.
PERSONAL: His father, Rodney Sermons, was a running back at USC from 1994-97. His younger brother, RJ, who reclassified after forgoing his senior year of high school, is also a freshman on the USC football team.
