FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Please consult with your event coordinator on type of items that would need to stay overnight. The venue may not be available the day prior of after your event. Depending on the venue, we may require overnight security to monitor your items and the venue.
Bashor Lounge: We have an inventory of round tables, high top tables, conference room tables, mesh rolling chairs, and red leather chairs. Inventory matches the approved capacity and layouts for the room. If you’d like to rent different type of furniture from your event we will need to approve furniture type to assure there will not be any damages, and approved with Fire Safety.
Colich & Dedeaux Field Roof Deck: These venues have existing patio furniture. Renting additional furniture items will depend on approvals.
All other Athletic Venues: We have very minimal tables and chairs. It is highly encouraged that you rent and tables, chairs, or additional furniture needs. Your event coordinator can assist with campus approved vendors.
USC Office of Youth Protection & Programming Approval: Events involving minors are required to adhere to the requirements outlined in the Protecting Minors Policy, which includes registering with the Office of Youth Protection and Programming 60 days prior to the anticipated event date. For further information, visit the Office’s website where you can find a Registration Roadmap outlining key policy requirements as well as the registration form.
All events that have ticketing must go through USC’s Ticket Office, and use the approved Paciolan ticketing system. Ticketing fees will apply.
Unfortunately, Athletics does not have an in-house AV team to support events. Depending on needs, your onsite event staff may be able to assist with the existing AV infrastructure in the venue. If your event needs are beyond the scope of existing AV infrastructure, we will connect you with USC Event Services or a campus approved AV vendor.
