Grounds Crew: $45/hour
- Grounds Crew fees will be implemented for all field use events

Rental Includes:

Access to the grandstands, the concourse areas, the field, bull pens, dugouts, visiting team locker room, official’s locker room, press box, and restrooms.

Additional Information:

The closest parking structure to the facility is the Jefferson Parking Structure. Individuals can pay the $20 parking fee at the Kiosk when entering campus or coordinate with your Event Manager for pre-paid parking.
All food and beverage consumption must be held on the concourse, stands, or roof deck. No food or non-water beverages can be consumed on the field, dugouts or bullpen areas.
The batting cages are not included in the facility rental.

ROOF DECK

- Custodial Need will be included in the Dedeaux Field Rental. Event coordinator will determine areas that will need to be serviced based on your event.

Rental Includes:

Access to the existing roof deck furniture, bar, and TVs.

Additional Information:

The closest parking structure to the facility is the Downey Parking Structure. Individuals can pay the $20 parking fee at the Kiosk when entering campus or coordinate with your Event Manager for pre-paid parking.
The event space is limited to just the Roof Deck. Guests will not have access to other areas of the Baseball Building.
Event Staff will be a requirement for all events on the Roof Deck.
Due to the unique spacing of the Roof Deck, furniture setups will have minimal flexibility to be compliant with the Department of Fire Safety. Setup options will be provided for an intimate banquet or a mixer format.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

All facility rental requests must be submitted to USCTrojans.com/FacilityRentals. Once the request has been submitted, an Event Manager will contact you regarding facility availability, event details, and next steps to confirm event reservation.

Use of University of Southern California, Athletic Facilities will be considered on the following priority basis:

USC Athletic Events, Contests and Team Practices
USC Campus Departments and Campus Organizations
Non-Affiliated Groups

Athletic events and practice schedules are subject to change and could cause a requested event to be moved or canceled. Accordingly, the University reserves the right, at any time prior to the Event, to cancel this Agreement and refund all amounts paid by the Renter. Renter further agrees that in the event of any termination by the University, the University shall have no liability for any direct or consequential damages or loss that Operator may suffer or incur as a consequence of such termination.

User shall be responsible for the expenses incurred by USC resulting from changes by User of the dates of the Event Period and/or cancellation by User of one or more days of the Event Period. All such expenses shall be determined by USC in its reasonable discretion and shall be invoiced to User, with documentary substantiation, within thirty (30) days following the end of the Event Period. User shall pay such invoice to USC within thirty (30) days following receipt of such invoice. For the avoidance of doubt, USC will not refund User any portion of the Deposit if the User cancels this Agreement for any reason, except for a Force Majeure Event.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Bashor Lounge: We have an inventory of round tables, high top tables, conference room tables, mesh rolling chairs, and red leather chairs. Inventory matches the approved capacity and layouts for the room. If you’d like to rent different type of furniture from your event we will need to approve furniture type to assure there will not be any damages, and approved with Fire Safety.

Colich & Dedeaux Field Roof Deck: These venues have existing patio furniture. Renting additional furniture items will depend on approvals.

All other Athletic Venues: We have very minimal tables and chairs. It is highly encouraged that you rent and tables, chairs, or additional furniture needs. Your event coordinator can assist with campus approved vendors.
