USC Athletics distributes mobile tickets for all ticketed home events. This system provides quick and safe delivery of all ticketing products and football parking passes via smartphones and the USC Trojans Gameday App. Digital ticketing allows for faster delivery of tickets to fans, contactless transactions and more flexibility for ticket holders.

On the Welcome screen, first-time users may tap Continue As Guest to proceed into the app or sign up for an optional USC Trojans Game Day account for personalization.
NOTE: This is NOT your USC Ticket Office login.
STEP 2: Select "Manage Tickets"
Tap the Tickets icon in the bottom right corner.
Select Manage Tickets when prompted.
STEP 3: Log In With Your USC Ticket Office Account
Log in with the email and password tied to your USC Ticket Office account.
STEP 4: Select Event & Tap "Add To Wallet"
Choose the event that you want to access tickets.
Tap Add To Mobile Wallet to save the ticket to your phone.
You may repeat this process for storing additional passes in one device.
STEP 5: Tap Top-Right "Add" Button
Follow your phone's setup steps and tap the Add button on the top-right corner.
STEP 6: Confirm Tickets Are Saved in Wallet
Visit your digital wallet app and confirm the tickets are saved.
STEP 7: Present Your Ticket For Scanning
At the gate, open your phone's mobile wallet and present the pass for entry.

Use the Select From Phone Contacts feature, or manually enter the recipient’s phone number or email address.
STEP 7: Confirm Details & Transfer Tickets
Review the transfer and tap the bottom Transfer Tickets button to complete the process!
Please note that transferring tickets will nullify passes in your mobile wallet if you previously saved them there.
Tap the link in the text message or email invitation from your mobile device to accept tickets.
STEP 2: Accept Transfer
Tap Accept Tickets to begin saving the tickets.
Recipients are given seven (7) days from when the transfer was sent to accept the tickets.

First-time users may create a new account by tapping Don't have an account? Sign Up at the bottom. Fans with existing accounts may use their login to proceed.
STEP 4: Select Event & Tap "Add to Wallet"
Choose the event that you want to access tickets.
Tap Add To Mobile Wallet.

MANAGE MOBILE TICKETS ON DESKTOP
NOTE: Users may only use the desktop version of their USC Ticket Office account to transfer tickets.
STEP 1: Log In With Your USC Ticket Office Account
Visit USCTrojans.com/ManageMyAccount on your browser, and log in with the email and password tied to your USC Ticket Office account.
STEP 2: Select "Transfer" In "My Account" Menu
Click the Transfer tab to the right of the page to begin the transfer process.
STEP 3: Select Event
Choose the event that you want to access tickets.
STEP 4: Select Tickets To Transfer
Select the seats you would like to send to your recipient (you may click Select All if necessary). Click Continue to proceed.
STEP 5: Enter Recipient & Click "Transfer Tickets"
Enter the recipient’s phone number or email address, and click Transfer Tickets to complete the process.
Please note that transferring tickets will nullify passes in your mobile wallet if you previously saved them there.
MOBILE TICKETING FAQs
Fans on the most recent update of USC Trojans Game Day may see a new login screen (below) when opening the app. This screen is NOT for your USC Ticket Office login — users may either tap Continue As Guest to proceed or sign up for an optional USC Trojans Game Day app account to save preferences.
Once users select their preferences in the following screens, they may proceed through the app to resume the mobile ticketing process and should not expect to see the app login screen in their next session.
Users will be prompted to enter their USC Ticket Office account in the screen below after selecting "Manage My Account". Please email GOSC@usc.edu if you need further assistance logging in on this page.
Each person entering the venue will need to present a ticket. You must to transfer each member their ticket from the USC Trojans Game Day App app prior to your arrival.
We will offer assistance at our ticket service windows at Gate 1 and Gate 19 starting two (2) hours before kickoff.
Yes, you will have the ability to swipe through multiple tickets on your phone for scanning on behalf of your party. However, we recommend transferring a ticket to each person in case you wish to enter the stadium at separate times.
A sender can only transfer an individual ticket to one email or mobile phone number. Recipient will have seven (7) days from when the transfer was initiated to accept the ticket. Once a ticket is accepted, the sender can no longer retrieve them or send them again.
The sender has the option to cancel a transfer before the transfer is completed. Once a transfer is completed, the recipient can then transfer a ticket to one email or mobile phone number. Each recipient has one opportunity to transfer.
If the tickets are not accepted seven (7) days after the transfer was initiated, they remain in the original ticketholder's account.
You can log into your account via your desktop or phone and transfer the tickets directly from your account. The barcodes on your tickets in your Mobile Wallet will disappear and the tickets will be nullified.
Scroll down to the bottom of your account via the USC Trojans Game Day App and you’ll reach the "Pending Transfers" area. Select the recipient’s name and select the “Cancel Transfer” button. You will then verify the cancellation on the following pop-up.
No. To reduce fraud and counterfeiting, screenshots of your mobile ticket or pictures of your barcode will not be valid for entry.
No. We recommend contacting the USC Ticket Office at (213) 740-4672 (GOSC) or ticketoffice.usc.edu to make arrangements as you will not be able to use the digital ticket option on game day without a smartphone.
Our venues are equipped with Wi-Fi services. However, to guarantee seamless entry, we recommend downloading your tickets prior to arriving at the venue. They can be saved directly to Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet.
No. A barcode transferred to paper is not accepted at the gate. Mobile tickets on a mobile device are the only acceptable tickets at the gate.
Downloading the USC Trojans Game Day App is recommended to view and manage your tickets in one place.
Mobile tickets may be used on any type of smartphone with a digital ticket viewer (such as Apple, Android, Windows, Blackberry, etc.).
Wallet files may only be used on Apple iPhones with the Wallet app. Apple Wallet comes pre-installed as an App from Apple in operating system iOS 6. Wallet is only available on iPhone devices running iOS 6 or later. iPhone 5 comes with iOS 6 pre-installed, whereas iPhone 3GS devices or later can be upgraded to iOS 6.
Please note: iPads DO NOT support Wallet regardless of iOS versions.
If you purchased single game or mini-plan tickets, please troubleshoot utilizing these following resources:
Make sure you have used the correct email address.
Check your junk mail folder.
Make sure that your spam guard and junk mail settings allow you to receive emails with attachments.
Be sure to add our email address, usc_ticket_office@usc.edu, to your list of trusted email addresses.
Please allow at least one hour for your emails to arrive.

Through the USC Trojans Game Day App, please select the “Tickets” button in the bottom navigation bar. Then, tap “Manage Tickets” on the following pop-up. From there you will select "Forgot Password" to reset your password to access your tickets.
FOOTBALL:Student football season tickets and guest student tickets are mobile and must be accessed/managed in the same manner as general ticket holders. The Legion Pass app does not carry student football tickets, but students may check into The Legion Pass at the Coliseum to earn rewards points.
ALL OTHER SPORTS:Students may use their barcode in The Legion Pass app to gain free entry into men's basketball, women's basketball, men's volleyball, women's volleyball and women's soccer home events. No additional tickets are required.
Resale tickets purchased on SeatGeek follow a separate ticketing process on its platform that can be used on game day. Fans who need non-emergency assistance may call 888-497-4335.
