2018 TAF Membership Survey Recap
Each year we invite our members to provide input on the benefits they receive as members of the Trojan Athletic Fund as well as ideas for how we can improve the TAF membership experience. Your feedback is important to us, and we take it seriously.This year we were able to implement two new benefits that were suggested by our members to improve the Game Day experience. This was the dedicated TAF entrance to the Coliseum at the Peristyle and the expansion of the Coliseum Club experience (Club 33).
We have also received valuable impact regarding the billing and payment process and as a result will be implementing a new Membership Payment Plan for 2019.
While our members continue to express overall positive satisfaction with our benefits and events, we continue to focus on areas of improvement. These include:
- Continue to improve the Coliseum Clubs and Coliseum Club experience
- Explore options for additional TAF entrances to the Coliseum
- Explore options to explain/improve away and bowl game ticket locations
- Continue to involve Student-Athletes in TAF events
