Trojan Marching Band Director Dr. Arthur C. Bartner To Be Honored At Trojan Club Dinner

Dr. Arthur C. Bartner, the popular director of the Trojan Marching Band, will be honored by the Trojan Club of the San Fernando Valley and Ventura County at a Feb. 13 dinner at Encino Glen (16821 Burbank Blvd., Encino). A reception starts at 6 p.m., with dinner at 7 p.m.

Dennis Packer, the public address announcer for USC football games at the Coliseum, will be the master of ceremonies.
