Fans are beginning to pour into the Galen Center, tipoff is less than 30 minutes away and Coach Kevin O'Neill just gave his pre-game address to the Trojans in the locker room.
"When you're trying to win a championship, you've got to climb a ladder," O'Neill said. "We've got to take it one rung at a time. And the only rung we have right now is this one tonight.
"The way we climb it is with a collective team passion and a collective heart and soul."
