The Toronto Raptors guard started for the Eastern Conference for the first time in his career, alongside Kyrie Irving, LeBron James, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jimmy Butler.
In 24 minutes of action, DeRozan tallied 16 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists and 2 steals, plus a number of memorable dunks. The East lost in the end to the West by a score of 192-182.
DeRozan was USC's first alumnus to start in the NBA All-Star Game since Gus Williams in 1982. He and the Raptors get back into it on Friday when they host the Celtics.
