After delivering a characteristically inspiring and passionate speech about playing football in the absence of fear, Carroll went to the famous rapper's lyrics to emphasize his point. He turned out the lights and turned up Eminem's "Lose Yourself" on a stereo, creating a powerful, meditative scene in the pitch-black ballroom.
