An 11-time National Coach of the Year, Jovan Vavic earned the MPSF's top coaching prize for women's water polo for the fourth time in his storied career. In the previous three winning seasons, he followed up the honors by leading the Women of Troy to national championships.
Only a sophomore, Monica Vavic becomes the seventh player in program history to be named the MPSF Player of the Year. She scored a conference leading 71 goals this season, and is in sight of the USC single season record with the NCAA Tournament still to play.
