Junhao Chan Collects Big Ten Men’s Swimmer of the Week Honors

LOS ANGELES - USC sophomore Junhao Chan was named the Big Ten Conference's Men's Swimmer of the Week on Wednesday, Feb. 11.
The honor marks Chan's first Big Ten Swimmer of the Week award after previously Freshman Swimmer of the Week honors in February 2025.
Chan opened the meet against UNLV as part of the 200 medley relay squad that posted a time of 1:25.54 to take the event.
He then went on to sweep the breaststroke events. Chan met the NCAA qualifying standard in the 100y breaststroke and 200y breaststroke with times of 52.39 and 1:54.45 respectively.
