USC Men's Golf In Third After Second Round Of Trinity Forest Invitational

DALLAS – After two rounds of play at the Trinity Forest Invitational in Dallas, the USC men's golf team is three shots back of the lead, sitting in third place with one round to go.
All five Trojans shot under-par in round two, led by Nicolas Dominguez, whose 4-under-par 68 has him in 12th place individually. Luke Stock is the lowest individual for the Trojans, sitting in 10th individually. The Trojans shot 277 on Monday, sitting at 20-under-par overall (556), trailing South Alabama (553) and Rice (555).
Stock sits in 10th place after back-to-back 3-under-par rounds in Dallas. On Monday, after an even par 36 on his front nine, a 33 on his back nine put him in the top 10 heading into Tuesday's final round. Dominguez fired a 68 on Tuesday, which moved him up six spots to 12th place individually. After a bogey-free front nine, Dominguez had three birdies and an eagle on his back nine.
Jaden Dumdumaya continued his strong play on Monday, with a 3-under-par round, including seven birdies. He is in 16th place heading into the final round. Jack Buchanan also finds himself in a tie for 16th with an even-par 72 in his second round.
After making the turn at 1-over-par, Antonio Safa shot a 2-under-par 34 on his back nine to finish in red numbers. Safa's 71 moved him up 19 spots individually.
