Eight Trojan Football Players Named to NFF Hampshire Honor Society

LOS ANGELES—Eight USC football players were honored by being selected to the 2023 National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame (NFF) Hampshire Honor Society.

Mekhi Blackmon, Terrell Bynum, Solomon Byrd, Justin Dedich, Travis Dye, Nick Figueroa, Bobby Haskins and Shane Lee all earned membership to the NFF Hampshire Honor Society. Bryd, Dedich and Lee will return for the 2023 season.

Members of the NFF Hampshire Honor Society must be either a senior player, who will graduate this spring/summer, and just completed his final year of playing eligibility in 2022, or a player who has earned their degree, who has been out of high school at least (3) years. They must also have attained a minimum undergraduate cumulative GPA of 3.2 (4.0 scale) and been starters or significant contributors throughout the 2022 season.
