LOS ANGELES--Dave Levy, who helped USC win four national football championships as an assistant coach and also coached in the NFL, CFL, NFL Europe, XFL and high school, died on Wednesday (Nov. 15) in Beverly Hills, Calif. of natural causes. He was 91.
