USC's Stefan Dostanic Named To USTA's All-SoCal College Team

Trojan sophomore is on a 12-player list of SoCal standouts.
USTA SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA MEDIA ALERT
LOS ANGELES, CALIF. - USTA Southern California has announced its "All-SoCal College Team" for 2021 to celebrate the accomplished collegiate tennis players who've emerged from the Section and its array of junior programming. University of Southern California sophomore Stefan Dostanic, of Irvine, Calif., has been named among twelve men and women who exemplify both athletic and academic achievement, as well as commendable sportsmanship throughout their junior and college careers.Â
Dostanic is a vital part of the team's push for an NCAA title in 2021. In his first year, Dostanic posted a 17-6 overall record playing out of the 3/4/5 positions. He was named to the ITA National Team Indoor All-Tournament Team and ranked as high as #53 in nationwide doubles with teammate Riley Smith. This year, the Economics major has been rock solid, posting a 10-2 record to date and on the verge of breaking into the national top 100.Â
Other honorees in men's tennis include Siem Woldeab (Texas), Keegan Smith (UCLA), Aditya Gupta (Penn), Julian Steinhausen (SMU) and Kent Hunter (Cal).Â
