LOS ANGELES—USC and Ole Miss will meet in football for the first time ever in 2025 and 2026, Trojan athletic director Mike Bohn announced today (May 18).
The Rebels of the Southeastern Conference will visit the Coliseum on Aug. 30, 2025, then the Trojans will travel to Oxford for a Sept. 19, 2026 contest.
Ole Miss is coached by former Trojan head coach Lane Kiffin (2010-13), who hired current USC head coach Clay Helton as Troy's quarterback coach in 2010.
The 2026 game will be USC's first visit to the state of Mississippi. The Trojans to date have played 10 of the SEC's 14 schools, most recently facing Alabama in the 2016 season opener in Arlington, Tex. (the teams are set to meet again in Arlington to open the upcoming 2020 season on Sept. 5).
The Rebels so far have only played one team from the Pac-12, California (2017 and 2019).
