USC To Be Well Represented At The 2019 USATF Outdoor Championships

21 current and former Trojan athletes seek gold and a trip to the World Championships
A strong contingent of 21 current and former USC track and field athletes will be competing this week at the 2019 USA Track & Field (USATF) Outdoor Championships held at Drake Stadium in Des Moines, Ia. from July 25-28. The NBC family of broadcast platforms will provide coverage of the USA Championships with action being shown on NBC Sports Gold, NBC Sports Network and on national NBC television. The national coverage on NBC-TV will be on July 27 from 1-3 p.m. (PT) and on July 28 from 5-6 p.m. (PT).
The top three finishers with a qualifying time or mark will represent the U.S.A. at the 2019 IAAF World Track and Field Championships in Doha, Qatar to be held Sept. 27-Oct. 6.
Seven athletes from the 2019 USC Track and Field team (Annelus, Brissett, Cockrell, Jewett, Morris, Sears & Terry) will be in action, as well as 14 Trojan alumni. The list of Trojans and their events is as follows:
WOMEN: Nia Ali (100m hurdles), Angie Annelus (200m), Chanel Brissett (100m hurdles), Anna Cockrell (400m hurdles), Alex Collatz Sellens (discus throw), Kendall Ellis (400m), Alexis Faulknor (long jump), Allyson Felix (400m), Dalilah Muhammad (400m hurdles), Jaide Stepter (400m) and TeeTee Terry (100m).
MEN: Brendan Ames (110m hurdles), Rai Benjamin (400m hurdles), Robert Ford (800m), Aleec Harris (110m hurdles), Isaiah Jewett (800m), Conor McCullough (hammer throw), Marquis Morris (110m hurdles), Michael Norman (400m), Earnest Sears III (high jump) and Just'N Thymes (100m, 200m).
