Porter Gustin: Weight Room Warrior

When USC linebacker Porter Gustin arrived on campus in 2015, he was an already imposing figure, at 6-foot-5, 240 lbs.
After making a name for himself with countless hours in the weight room and what some would call a grotesque eating habit, he's added 20 pounds of muscle, heading into his senior season at 260 lbs. Along the way, he's taken a number of younger players (LBs Hunter Echols and Juliano Falaniko to name a few) under his wing, encouraging them to get on his workout routine.
Gustin can be found in the weight room at all hours of the night, and prefers to workout barefoot to help with balance. He always puts football first, making sure he maintains explosive speed and the flexibility to change direction on the field.
Now, Gustin has decided to share parts of his routine with the Trojan Family:
