2017 Season: While redshirting in 2017, Lichtenstein won USC's Co-Defensive Service Team Player of the Year Award, alongside fellow DL Jay Tufele.

Prep Career: Lichtenstein made 2016 Prep Star All-Southeast and All-State Class 8A second team as a senior defensive end.
