Six Trojans are in Indianapolis this week to participate in the 2018 NFL Combine.
Wide receiver Deontay Burnett, quarterback Sam Darnold, defensive lineman Rasheem Green, running back Ronald Jones II, wide receiver Steven Mitchell Jr. and linebacker Uchenna Nwosu will look to impress scouts in this event on their path to the NFL Draft.
Jones will be the first Trojan to show his stuff, as running backs take center stage tomorrow (March 2). Jones measured in at 5-foot-11 and 205 lbs. at the Combine, having slimmed down since his junior season ended. Jones reportedly had an official meeting with the New York Giants ahead of tomorrow's workout.
On Saturday, March 2, Darnold, Burnett and Mitchell will participate in workouts.
According to ESPN, Darnold has elected to throw at USC's Pro Day on March 21 instead of at the Combine, but he will still participate in all other drills and interview with teams. Darnold's official Combine measurements: 6-foot-3 and 3/8, 221 lbs. with 9 3/8 hands.
On Sunday, March 3, Green and Nwosu will round out the Trojan contingency at the Combine.
The NFL Combine will be broadcast on NFL Network from March 2-5.
