Trojans posted big performances on both sides of the ball in Week 8 of the NFL season.

Deontay Burnett had a breakout performance on Sunday in his second week of NFL action. Burnett went undrafted in 2018 and signed with the Tennessee Titans practice squad before joining the New York Jets' practice squad. He was active for the first time during Week 7, making one catch. In Week 8, Burnett caught four passes for 61 yards from his college QB, Sam Darnold. Burnett led all game receivers in receiving yards.
