Jack Jones Named Pac-12 Defensive Player Of The Week

USC sophomore cornerback Jack Jones was named Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Week for his performance in USC's 30-20 win over California last Saturday.
Jones had two interceptions against the Golden Bears to help the USC defense force six turnovers, its most in a game since 2012. His first interception was returned 15 yards and sparked the USC offense to drive down the field and score a field goal which tied the game at 3-3. His second interception came in the fourth quarter.
Jones now has three career interceptions, with his first one against Texas on Sept. 16.
