On Tuesday, USC's Trojan Outreach program is partnering with Goodwill Southern California to host a clothing and household items drive aimed to help eliminate homelessness.
The event, called Spring Cleaning For Good, will be held on May 2 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. in USC's McCarthy Quad.
USC student-athletes will be collecting gently used items for Goodwill Southern California, which helps eliminate homelessness by providing jobs to individuals with disabilities or other vocational challenges, including veterans, at-risk youth, ex-offenders and more.
The first 500 people to donate in McCarthy Quad on Tuesday will receive a free lunch courtesy of Chick-fil-A. Trojan Outreach will provide tables and chairs so that patrons can enjoy their lunches while also listening to a live broadcast of ESPN's Mason and Ireland radio show. The show will be broadcast live from McCarthy Quad on Tuesday from 12 p.m. until 3 p.m. and will feature a number of Trojan student-athletes and coaches.

Following the kickoff event on Tuesday, the drive will continue from May 3 - May 11, with Goodwill bins all over USC's campus.
