USC beach volleyball captain Nicolette Martin was named the 2017 Pac-12 Beach Volleyball Scholar-Athlete of the Year, the conference announced today.Click here for the full release!
Martin, a senior, is a fine arts major at USC's Roski School of Fine Arts with a 3.70 cumulative GPA. In addition to her work in the studio, she has lent her talents to a number of USC projects. She hand-painted the decorative volleyballs outside USC's Merle Norman Stadium and has repeatedly helped paint murals at local schools as part of the USC Community Bowl.

Martin has been a key member of the back-to-back national champion Trojan squad, which is currently gearing up for the Pac-12 Tournament in Tucson, AZ.
