Thymes' honor marks the third week in a row that USC has won a Pac-12 Athlete of the Week award, after Deanna Hill (March 28) and Nick Ponzio (March 21).
Thymes earned recognition for placing second in the 100m dash at the Texas Relays with a time of 10.08 (+2.1) -- the second-fastest time in the nation this season. He also anchored USC's sixth-place 4x400m relay team.
The Phoenix, AZ native is having an impressive year after missing the entire 2016 season with a leg injury.
Next up for the Trojans is the Battle on the Bayou in Baton Rouge, LA on Saturday.
