USC track & field won 10 events in an impressive showing at the Battle on the Bayou in Baton Rouge, LA this weekend.

The Trojans competed against LSU, Purdue and Penn State as well as unaffiliated athletes.
Senior Amalie Iuel and freshman Anna Cockrell went 1-2 in the women's 110 meter hurdles. Iuel's time ranked third-best in USC history and Cockrell's set USC's freshman record.
USC also went 1-2 in the women's 400 meter dash. Kendall Ellis posted the second-fastest time in USC history to win the event, while Cameron Pettigrew notched USC's eighth-best time to place second.
USC won the 400 meter dash on the men's side as well, as Ricky Morgan Jr. posted the sixth-best time in the NCAA this season.
A national champion in the event last year, USC's Randall Cunningham (pictured) topped the field again at this weekend's event.
This week, the Trojans split up for the Mt. SAC Relays in Cerritos, CA nad the Beach Invitational in Long Beach, CA.
