Leon McQuay III, Chris Hawkins and Deontay Burnett were on hand as Senator Ricardo Lara (D-Bell Gardens) presented Senate Resolution 14 to the floor, which commemorates USC's record-setting, come-from-behind win in the 103rd annual Rose Bowl Game. The resolution passed, 40-0.
