The No. 6 Trojans will honor their four seniors -- Kelsey Kafka, Riley Hayward, Anika Apostalon and Chelsea Chenault (pictured) -- prior to the last home meet of their careers
Kafka, a breaststroker and medley swimmer from San Diego, became a Pac-12 finalist for the first time last year and has her sights set on qualifying for her first NCAA meet.
Hayward, like Kafka, reached the conference final in the 100y breaststroke last year. The Winnetka, IL native is also aiming for her first NCAA championship appearance.
Apostalon is a co-captain who came to Troy by way of San Diego State. In her first year as a Trojan, she was named a five-time All-American and an NCAA champion in the 400y free relay.
Chenault, a co-captain and six-time All-American, partnered with Apostalon to take home the relay title last year. With three award-winning seasons under her belt, she is aiming to go out on top.
Should these four seniors guide USC to a win over No. 20 UCLA, the program would tie its longest winning streak over its rival, set initially between 1994 and 2003.
Tomorrow's meet kicks off at noon at the Uytengsu Aquatics Center.
