USC women's basketball earned one emphatic upset and one tough loss on its weekend trip to Oregon to move to 13-12 (4-10 Pac-12) on the season.
The Trojans started the weekend off strong, with a 70-50 win over No. 9 Oregon State on Saturday. USC handed the Beavers their first conference loss behind 17 points by Sadie Edwards and double-digit scoring by Courtney Jaco and Kristen Simon. The 20-point win was USC's first in Corvallis since the 2013 season.
USC couldn't keep the momentum going, though, falling by a nearly identical score on Sunday at Oregon. Just one Trojan (Minyon Moore) scored in double figures as USC suffered a 73-50 loss.
USC returns to the Galen Center for one last home stand this season. Washington State comes to town on Friday before USC hosts Washington on Sunday.
