The Trojans hit the practice field before they travel up to Denver to take on Colorado.
- Injury Update from USC head coach Clay Helton: OLB Uchenna Nwosu (ankle) practiced today and "looked good", DE Christian Rector (hand) "got some work, but will be a game time decision", LT Toa Lobendahn (sore knees) "did some work, but expecting him to be ready for the game" and TE Tyler Petite (shoulder) "looks positive for Saturday."
- Helton praised the offensive line on their attention to detail, specifically OT Austin Jackson and OT Clayton Johnston. "I didn't see any fall off, especially when you think about those last three drives we have running the ball. They did a very nice job."
- When it's time to win the game, OC Tee Martin leans on the run and Helton is very happy with where the offense is right now. "We are a very balanced offense, rushing for 200 yards a game and throwing for almost 300. It's the best offensive numbers since 2005 and I think it's at 492 a game and scoring 36 points a game."
