The No. 2 ranked Trojans are fresh off the Triton Invitational, where they beat No. 8 UC Irvine, 14-3, and No. 17 Cal Baptist, 16-3. On Saturday, they set up at home against 6th-ranked UC Santa Barbara.

USC topped UCSB twice last year --- once in Malibu at the Kap SoCal Invitational (10-8) and once in Santa Barbara (6-5).
Saturday's showdown will be the first of nine home matches for the Trojans this season, and head coach Jovan Vavic thinks fans are in for a treat.
"I know that we have the talent and the pieces, and now we have experience," Vavic said. "If they really commit, I think it's going to be a great year."
