Miller was the top recruit in the nation coming out of Bayport-Blue Point High School in Bayport, NY.
Halley Quillinan, the editor of "Inside Lacrosse Women," spoke very highly of Miller. "She's a special type of player that a program can be built around for four years, and the type that doesn't come around often," Quillinan said. "She's the first No. 1 recruit that USC has been able to snag, but undoubtedly not their last and I think her commitment to the program and the coaches there legitimized the Trojans as 'having arrived,' so to speak."
Come February, Miller will have the chance to help the Trojans improve upon last season's outstanding 20-1 record.
