Most notably, guests will only be permitted to bring clear bags or small clutch bags into the stadium. The goal of this policy is to expedite the bag checking process for those entering the Coliseum.
A new secure perimeter fence around the stadium has been constructed, where security personnel will check for prohibited items or bags before guests reach the entry gates. Note that the erection of this fence, along with the construction in Exposition Park, means that there is no longer space to tailgate by Gates 4, 16 and 19.
In addition to the new bag policy, all guests must now walk through metal detectors upon entering the stadium.
