New USC AD Lynn Swann appeared on "The Herd" with Colin Cowherd this morning to discuss his playing days, USC's tough schedule and more.
Swann acknowledged that Helton faces many obstacles in his first year as head coach, including a young squad without much experience. "He inherited a team that's coming back from sanctions, that's on the way up, that's going to be better, and he's got a chance to prove and teach them," Swann said of Helton. "And I think, based on what I've seen, he's going to do a very good job."
