USC men's water polo's Mihajlo Milicevic is only a sophomore but he already has a resume that would give most collegiate athlete's a run for their money. A two-time All-American in the pool, Milicevic was named a second team Academic All-American on Friday, adding to his impressive list of accolades.
The sophomore is a business administration major boasting a 3.71 GPA. He is the second USC men's water polo player to earn such a high national academic award, matching Matt Burton's second team placement in 2013. Milicevic also received the NCAA Elite 90 Award this December, given to the individual who has reached the pinnacle of competition at the national championship level in his or her sport while also achieving the highest academic standard.
