This season's home opener, which will be broadcast live on Pac-12 Network, will be the earliest kickoff time for a Trojan home game on record since 1891. The last time USC began a game before noon at home was the 1998 season opener against Purdue at 11:30 a.m.
After Utah State, the Trojans will hit the road again for their Pac-12 opener at Stanford, a 5 p.m. kickoff on ABC. The following week, USC will travel to Salt Lake City for a Friday night game at Utah, which will kick at 6 p.m. PT (7 p.m. MT) on FS1.
On October 27, the Trojans will host Cal for a Thursday night contest, scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. and be broadcast nationally by ESPN. It will be just the fourth non-holiday Thursday game that Troy has played in the Coliseum.
