After a 12-5 season, USC made the NCAA Tournament for the 25th consecutive time, including a semifinal run last year. Head coach Richard Gallien, who has presided over the last 21 of those 25 straight postseason appearances, has built the team around two-time All-American Giuliana Olmos as well as sophomore standouts Madison Westby and Gabby Smith, versatile junior Zoe Katz, and freshmen phenoms Jessica Failla and Rianna Valdes.
