A stable of unstoppable running backs is never a bad problem to have and that's exactly what USC's boasts in the backfield in 2016. Between senior Justin Davis and sophomores Ronald Jones II, Aca'Cedric Ware and Dominic Davis, the Trojans will be a fast and powerful force at the position this fall.Â
Davis tallied 902 yards and seven touchdowns as an eight-game starter in 2015. He has 1,858 career yards, and according to head coach Clay Helton, has significantly improved in the pass and pass blocking game this offseason as he looks to lead the running backs this fall. Jones II broke Charles White's USC freshman rushing record last fall, posting a team-best 987 yards and eight touchdowns. Complementing the two leading returners will be Ware and Davis who played as freshmen but will look to breakout further in their sophomore seasons.Â
