The event begins at 7:30 a.m. with the opening of the "treasure chest" in front of the Lyon Center. Football practice is open to the public next door on Howard Jones Field from 10 a.m. to Noon followed by the "Football & Song Girl Relay" in the pool at 12:30 p.m. The barbecue will grill from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
You also do not want to miss the biggest splash contest (11:30 a.m.), the Trojan Marching Band (Noon) and photos with Traveler (Noon to 1 p.m. on Howard Jones). Auctions will be open throughout the event as well.
Since its inception, Swim With Mike has raised $16.8 million. And last year alone, $900K+ scholarship dollars were awarded to physically challenged athletes.
