The Trojans all-around dominated both opponents, outshooting the Wolverines, 25-15, and outshooting the Catamounts, 32-13, while forcing a combined 39 turnovers. On Friday, Amanda Johansen joined Michael with her multi-goal outing, scoring her 17th-career hat trick in the win. Sophomore goalie Gussie Johns recorded seven saves while allowing just two goals in each half. Three Trojans posted hat tricks against the Catamounts on Saturday, including Caroline de Lyra and Kylie Drexel who scored four and three goals, apiece.
Michael now has 106 career goals, good for second in program history. Saturday marked her 17th-career hat trick and her ninth game with five or more goals.
