The USC women's water polo team, fresh off a Triton Invitational championship, is officially ranked the best team in the collegiate waters. The No. 1 ranking comes on the heels of back-to-back victories for the Women of Troy over the previously ranked No. 5 Sun Devils and No. 1 Bruins. This is the first time since March 2014 that the program holds the top spot in the water polo rankings.

The Women of Troy will put their No. 1 ranking and perfect 6-0 record to the test against No. 25 Cal State Northridge this Saturday at 1:00 p.m. PT at the Uytengsu Aquatics Center.
