Su'a Cravens, OLB
Workout Day/Time: Sunday, February 28 at 10 a.m. PT
He is expected to be the top Trojan taken in this year's NFL Draft, but his professional position is still undetermined. Is Cravens an outside linebacker? Is he a strong safety? Is their a team that can use him as a hybrid of both? The Combine will be an important showcase for the versatile defender.
Cody Kessler, QB
Workout Day/Time: Saturday, February 27 at 8 a.m PT
After a week at the Senior Bowl (pictured), he should be comfortable in this scouting setting. Kessler is projected in the pack of quarterbacks outside of the first round, so the Combine will be key for him to separate from the herd by showing arm strength, accuracy and intelligence.
Tre Madden, RB
Workout Day/Time: Friday, February 26 at 10 a.m. PT
The linebacker turned tailback will want to prove that he is healthy first and foremost after dealing with injury issues throughout his USC career. On the field, his physical running style and soft hands will impress the scouts.
Kevon Seymour, CB
Workout Day/Time: Monday, February 29 at 8 a.m. PT
He could open up some eyes by posting an impressive number in the 40-yard dash as Seymour was known around USC to possess blazing speed in workouts. He has good size, but will need to prove his physicality against other elite players.
Max Tuerk, C
Still recovering from knee surgery, Tuerk is not expected to test himself physically at the Combine. He will impress NFL personnel with his mind though, an important asset for any center.
Soma Vainuku, FB
Workout Day/Time: Friday, February 26 at 10 a.m. PT
Like Kessler, Vainuku was able to showcase his talents at the Senior Bowl, which is basically a week-long Combine. Everyone knows that he is a special teams ace, so he will want to prove himself as a fullback to show his versatility at the next level.
Antwaun Woods, DT
Workout Day/Time: Sunday, February 28 at 8 a.m. PT
He impressed scouts at the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl, and he has the right build for a prototypical nose tackle. Woods will want to show scouts his athleticism and play-making ability in the pre-draft process.
