The Trojans wrestled away the UCLA Bruins' No. 1 ranking by beating them, 8-7, in the regular season finale last week. USC's win snapped UCLA's NCAA water polo-record 57-match win streak.
After finishing the regular season with a 20-1 record, the Trojans now enter the MPSF Tournament in Westwood, CA. They face fourth-seeded Stanford tomorrow at 3 p.m. to kick things off, before taking on Penn State Behrend at 6 p.m.
