USC's Adoree' Jackson was named one of four finalists for the 2016 Paul Hornung Award, the organization announced today.

The Hornung Award is an annual honor given to the most versatile player in college football. Jackson joins Stanford's Christian McCaffrey, Michigan's Jabrill Peppers and Oklahoma's Dede Westbrook as this year's Final Four. Jackson, Peppers and McCaffrey were also finalists last year, with McCaffrey taking home the title.
Jackson clearly fits the mold of a Hornung Award winner. He's impressive on offense, defense and special teams, and has scored in four different ways during his USC career.
This season, Jackson boasts 45 tackles, 4 INT, 11 passes defended, 7 passes broken up and 2 fumble recoveries (one on defense, one on special teams). Jackson's also carried the ball three times this season, for 20 yards. Year after year, he's cemented himself as one of the most dangerous returners in college football, too. He ranks seventh in the nation in punt return average (14.7) and ninth in kickoff return average (29.0) this season, and he's scored on both a punt return and a kickoff return this year.
