The watch list for the 2015 Paul Hornung Award - given annually to the nation's most versatile player - was unveiled on Monday, and USC's electrifying sophomore cornerback, wide receiver and kick returner Adoree' Jackson earned a spot.
Jackson spent his freshman season building a resume as one of college football's most exciting players. A Freshman All-American and Pac-12 Defensive Freshman of the Year, he is USC's first three-way player in almost 20 years.
In 2014 he recorded 49 tackles (including four for losses), 10 deflections, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery in addition to 10 receptions for 138 yards and three touchdowns. As a return specialist he racked up 684 yards with two touchdowns. Adding to his all-around versatility, the talented freshman took to the track this spring to win the 2015 Pac-12 long jump title and All-American status at the NCAA Championships.
