Lamberson joins the Trojan Family after a year at Tulane and a stint as the head coach for the USA Under-17 Beach National Team, where she guided her women's pairs to gold and silver medals at the inaugural 2014 FIVB U17 World Championship. From 2006 to 2013, Lamberson was the Director of International and High Performance Beach Programs for USA Volleyball.
"Ali is a great fit for our program," said USC head coach Anna Collier. "We have worked together for more than 20 years, including most recently with the USA Junior National Beach Team. She brings a lot of experience and success with her, and will be great for the future of beach volleyball at USC and nationally."
