The Pac-12 announced a new injury spotting system that will be implemented in the upcoming football season to allow teams a chance to view different angles of plays to evaluate the extent or possibility of an injury during a game. The technology can rewind, pause and zoom a variety of different angles so that the designated spotter can communicate with medical personnel and coaches in real time about the severity of an injury.
