The Women of Troy are one win from the NCAA title match thanks in large part to senior Monica Vavic, whose 287th career goal today set the all-time MPSF scoring record. Already the USC scoring leader, Vavic is more focused on winning her second national championship, but the Cardinal stands in the way. USC has fallen by three goals to Stanford in both meetings this season.
